Smoked Cashew Cheese
2 cups raw cashews
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
1 tbsp. smoked paprika
1 small clove of garlic roughly chopped
1/4 cup olive oil
Juice of 1 lemon
Salt & pepper to taste
Soak cashews in filtered water for atleast 8 hours.
Please remaining ingredients into your BioChef Blender and use the pulse setting to combine and puree. You will need to stop & scrape down the sides of the blender intermittently.
Blend & pulse until you have reached a smooth, pureed consistency.
