Green Chia Smoothie
Makes: 500mL (two glasses)
1 cup of greens (spinach, kale, lettuce)
2 bananas (frozen for thicker/creamier consistency)
1/2 cup blueberries (frozen or fresh)
1 tsp. chia
1 tsp. spirulina power
2 cups of nut milk
Place all ingredients into your BioChef High Powered Blender. It’s best to place greens in first for finer blend.
Blend on high for 2 minutes or use the smoothie setting if applicable to your blender.
